"Moreover, the reasons of our diseases include breakdown of the harmony between organs forming the body, blockage of the energy and prevention of the flow."

As you know, the concept “herbal therapy” brings sellers of medical herbals previously to mind in Turkey. This subconscious image is basic reason of the fact that phytotherapy becomes marginal in mind and of the belief that phytotherapy a primitive therapy method undermining the modern medicine.

Herbal therapies are critical therapy methods needed to be managed by specialized people and facilities. Unconscious use of the herbal products may never provide any benefits, but cause any damages. Therefore, the products should be prepared by specialized pharmacists and healthcare institutions and under control of a physician.

However, we think that, when phytotherapy is applied by correct hands, it shall not be an alternative or supplementary method, and adversely prescribing a herbal product never differs from prescribing a synthetic medication for a physician.

Phytotherapy means an herbal therapy. History of the phytotherapy relies upon background for hundreds of years. Although chemical pharmaceutical industry causes the human being to forget this, recently it has begun to take the place it deserves. Today, WHO (the World Healt Organization) certifies such therapies. The phytotherapic drugs take a wide place in European Pharmacopoeias.

While introducing any therapeutic herbals, it shall be suitable to talk about the holistic, that is, complementary medicine. In the holistic medicine, it is possible to recovery any broken balances in our body and to become healthier through herbals and foods selected properly.
